- The CVQ series requires only three pipe connections instead of the previous seven, as the pipes between the cylinder and the valve are no longer needed.
- This reduces both pressure drop and air consumption, as well as response time, compared to previous separate configurations consisting of a cylinder and valve.
- The combination of a double-acting compact cylinder and a solenoid valve reduces installation and maintenance requirements and enables further performance improvements, such as a shorter response time, reduced pressure drop and up to 37 per cent lower air consumption.
- The integrated 5/2-way valve is IP 40 dust-protected and operates at a voltage of 24 volts with low power consumption.
- The new valve-cylinder combination is fitted with side connections.
- The CVQ-5MO compact cylinder is fitted with an M socket without a plug.
