- The Comprag F series compressor is used in industry. It is ideal for the continuous and efficient production of industrially compressed compressed air with a volume flow of up to 6.5 m³/min.
- Comprag F series compressors are oil-injected screw compressors that are compact and easy to operate. The basic version in a space-saving design on a base frame is supplied without a pressure vessel and refrigeration dryer. All other components of the compressed air system can be selected and retrofitted as required.
- The compressor features a modern, energy-efficient screw block with a contemporary and energy-efficient rotor design. The microprocessor control ensures optimum, cost-effective compressor operation. The compressor's automatic mode is controlled by the i-Log control system. It also provides the operator with all the important information about the process sequence, such as operating pressure, temperature of the air-oil mixture, process duration, etc. The professional control system also allows several compressors to be controlled using the group control function, as well as connection to a higher-level control system or control room via MODBUS. The compressor is equipped with a high-quality motor with a high coefficient of efficiency and bearings from leading manufacturers. The motor has an energy reserve and thermal motor protection. Thanks to the sophisticated design of all important components, internal pressure losses are kept to a minimum, resulting in noticeable savings in overall energy consumption. The effective oil separation system ensures a low oil content in the compressed air of maximum 3 mg/m³. All filters and separators are easily accessible for simple maintenance.
