  • The disposable spatula is specially manufactured for the food, animal feed and pharmaceutical industries.
Description
  • This spatula easily reaches into the corners and curves of various containers and is ideal for scraping out bowls, removing residues or wiping off Bürkle's measuring and dosing spoons.
  • The dimensionally stable long edge of the plastic scraper makes it possible to cut viscous media.
  • The blue colour of the filler does not occur naturally in food, which is why the blue products, or parts of them, if they should ever end up in production, are very quickly and easily recognisable and detectable during visual inspection.
  • The use of blue tools therefore helps to fulfil the requirements of the HACCP hazard analysis and assessment with regard to foreign bodies.
  • This is particularly important in food processing, food production and in the animal feed and pharmaceutical industries.
  • The detectable spatula is cleanroom-ready (cleanroom class 7) and can be used as part of HACCP/IFS/BRC foreign body management.
  • The small tip on the long edge can be used to tear packaging film, for example.
  • The scraper is suitable for stirring and mixing.
  • The spatula is manufactured in accordance with EU food and FDA guidelines.
