- The dimensionally stable long edge of the plastic scraper enables viscous media to be cut.
- The blue color of the spatula does not occur naturally in food, which is why the blue products, or parts of them, should they ever get into production, can be very quickly and easily identified and found during visual inspection.
- The use of blue tools thus helps to meet the requirements of the HACCP hazard analysis and assessment with regard to foreign bodies.
