  • The scoop is ideally suited for use in production, assembly and packaging in accordance with cleanroom class 7.
  • This scoop is especially suitable for the food, animal feed and pharmaceutical industries.
Description
  • The SteriPlast® food scoop made of blue polystyrene is produced in a class 7 (10,000) cleanroom and individually packaged for single-use and then sterilised by gamma radiation.
  • The blue colour of the scoop does not occur naturally in food, which is why the blue products, or parts of them, if they should ever get into production, are very quickly and easily recognisable and detectable during visual inspection.
  • The use of blue tools therefore helps to fulfil the requirements of the HACCP hazard analysis and assessment with regard to foreign bodies.
  • This is particularly important in food processing, food production and in the animal feed and pharmaceutical industries.
  • The SteriPlast® food scoop can be used as part of HACCP/IFS/BRC foreign body management.
  • The scoop is manufactured in accordance with EU food and FDA guidelines.
