Product Description
- The submicron filters are used to separate the finest oil and water aerosols and solid contaminants with particles down to 0.01 µm (SMF).
- These depth filters are used for instrument and control air in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in the plastics, food, beverage and process industries and in general mechanical engineering, paint shops and air conditioning technology
- An integrated pre-filter medium with 1.0 µm realises effective 2-stage filtration.
- Housing material: aluminium (flange version: steel) with blue polyester resin coating
- Filter medium: Binder-free borosilicate glass with aluminium end caps
- O-rings: NBR (silicone and release agent-free)
- Support jacket: Stainless steel
- Temperature range: up to max. +80°C
- Inlet pressure: 1 to 16 bar
- Scope of delivery: Filter housing, filter element, differential pressure gauge and automatic condensate drain
