Product Description
  • The FSU-P undercut anchor is suitable for applications with the highest loads and safety requirements. It is used, for example, in heavy steel plant construction, in nuclear power plants or in the oil & gas industry. The undercut anchor is ideal for push-through installation of heavy-duty fastenings, steel structures, heavy pipelines, ventilation ducts, cable trays, elevator rails and industrial machinery indoors. It anchors the workpieces in cracked and non-cracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60.
Application
  • The FSU-P self-tapping undercut anchor is made of galvanized steel. The anchor can be installed quickly and easily thanks to its six robust cutting teeth and the self-tapping principle. Its self-tapping property creates a positive connection. As a result, the FSU-P ensures maximum safety even with large crack widths in seismic areas. The plastic element prevents the anchor from falling out of the drill hole, enabling simple and safe overhead installation. The FSU-P can be used flexibly for all applications thanks to the low expansion forces, which enable small edge and center distances. For installation, a FSU-SD collar drill is used to create the drill hole and an FSU-ST setting tool is used to set the anchor in the drill hole. The FSU-DT removal tool enables the anchor to be removed quickly and without leaving any residue. The anchor has ETA-22/0674 and DoP No. 0321 approvals.
