Product Description
- The FAZ II Plus H Wedge Anchor is approved for cracked and non-cracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60. It is also suitable for concrete C12/15, concrete C80/95, solid sand-lime brick (expert opinion available in each case) and steel fiber concrete (aBG available).
- The new versions with special, high cap nut (M10 and M12) are regulated in the ETA (evaluation). They are ideally suited for architecturally demanding applications. The FAZ II Plus H is ideal, for example, for anchoring railings in visible areas. The cap nut visually enhances the fastening and protects against injuries due to the closed shape.
- The FAZ II Plus H Wedge Anchor can be set even more easily and quickly by eliminating the need for borehole cleaning. The proven expansion clip, which safely introduces the loads into the concrete, enables an immediately loadable, high load-bearing capacity even in dynamic applications.
- With the new ETA rating, the transverse load-bearing capacities are decisively increased, which means that fewer fastening points and anchors are required. In addition, the ETA rating together with other test reports (RWS, ZTV, ETK) ensures high loads in case of fire.
- The FAZ II Plus H enables the absorption of high seismic loads of performance category C1 and C2 with and without the use of the backfill disc FFD during installation.
- The FAZ II Plus outlasts an entire century, making it perfect for large, long-lasting construction projects (M10-M16). An external independent expert opinion confirms the service life of anchorages up to 120 years.
- Thanks to its variable anchoring depths, the FAZ II Plus H enables millimeter-precise adaptation to loads.
