Product Description
- For setting workpiece zero points and length measurements on milling and eroding machines (insulated probe insert) as well as for centring and aligning bores and shafts.
- The clamping shank has a diameter of 10 mm and can therefore also be used on machines with SK 30 or with small HSK spindles.
- Even large workpieces can be measured thanks to the shortened housing, which protrudes only slightly from the spindle.
- Zero Master analogue, from HAIMER
- The smallest 3D probe in the world, for installation in the milling spindle or countersink head, the spindle axis is positioned precisely on workpiece or fixture edges. The approach direction is arbitrary (X-, Y-, Z-axis). The size of the Zero Master is designed for small machines. The small analogue dial gauge always moves in the same direction and indicates the distance between the spindle axis and the edge of the workpiece. As soon as the display is at zero, the spindle axis is exactly at the edge of the workpiece straight away, without long trial and error, without calculation, without sign problems. This reduces ancillary costs, increases productivity and reduces the workload on employees.
- The button insert can be changed without tools, recalibration of the button is not necessary.
- Additional safety is provided by the increased overtravel distance in conjunction with the proven predetermined breaking point in the button insert.
- For maximum measuring accuracy, all 3D probes are individually measured and calibrated during assembly.
- The Zero Master can be fitted with a short (ball Ø 4 mm) and a long (ball Ø 8 mm) button insert. The button inserts are compatible with all other Haimer 3D buttons.
