Product Description
  • The fischer PV-Clip system is suitable for securely fastening framed PV modules with mounting holes to a wide variety of building substrates such as concrete, wood, masonry, steel or trapezoidal sheet metal.
  • Installation on various substructures - such as aluminum profiles, steel profiles or wooden slats - is also possible without any problems.
  • They are fastened directly to the substrate using dowels, wood screws or comparable fasteners.
  • The system is designed for both individual modules and larger module fields and also meets the demanding requirements of modern façade solutions.
  • The start/end clip can be used flexibly at the start or end of a module field, while the middle clip connects the individual module fields.
  • With the hexagon socket screw, the start/end and middle clip can be securely fixed to various substrates such as concrete, masonry and wood or to substructures made of aluminum or steel in conjunction with a suitable anchor.
  • The module is securely fastened to the clips using the sliding nut and the toothed locking screw.
Application
  • The fischer PV-Clip system is an innovative solution for the vertical fixing of photovoltaic modules to a wide variety of façade and wall substrates.
  • Thanks to the modular design, contiguous module fields with individually adjustable joints can be realized.
  • It is easy to install using a practical stainless steel plug-in system with high corrosion protection class III, which ensures maximum weather resistance.
  • Sliding nuts enable fast, constraint-free fastening, while start/end clips and center clips hold the PV modules mechanically secure.
  • The concealed fastening allows a continuous façade design without visible fastening elements.
  • A particular advantage is that the start/end clip can be used flexibly at the start or end of a module field, which reduces the amount of material required.
