The mortar cartridge can be used with fischer Highbond anchor rods FHB II-A S (standard), Highbond anchor rods FHB II-A L (long) made of galvanised steel, stainless steel and highly corrosion-resistant steel.
The fischer Highbond anchor rods are set using the RA-SDS setting tool with a rotary hammer drill.
During the setting process, the mortar cartridge is destroyed, mixed and activates the mortar mass.
When the hexagon nut is tightened, the cones of the anchor rod are pulled into the mortar shell, which braces against the wall of the drill hole.
